Participants receive lectures and visual aids, the e-textbook Transforming Leadership: Creating New Futures through Mindset Shifts by Prof. Delanyo Adadevoh, and a monthly one-hour coaching session with a certified coach during the term.
Benefits include access to a leadership peer network, greater leadership confidence, stronger emotional intelligence, coaching skills, and an ILF certification that recognises leadership growth.
Assessment is based on attendance and completion of a chosen Transformation Project, with active participation in weekly online sessions.
