About Us
Who we are: a global movement developing leaders of integrity.
A global initiative for leaders of integrity
The International Leadership Foundation (ILF) develops leaders of integrity who drive transformation in their spheres of influence and in society.
ILF was founded in 2003 by Prof. Delanyo Adadevoh in response to the need for leaders of integrity. We believe lasting social change begins with a shift in mindset, grounded in truth and right action.
From Africa, ILF has grown into Latin America, Asia, Europe and North America. It has equipped more than 25,000 leaders, including heads of state, prime ministers, senior public servants, politicians, and business and academic leaders.
